Local Hand delivery
We offer local hand delivery to the following locations within the Capital Region. At our discretion due to rising fuel costs or other circumstances outside of our control as well as our commitment to meet your arrival date expectations, local delivery may be accomplished via UPS. All gifts for delivery to locations other than those listed will arrive via UPS.

UPS Ground
When selecting your shipping method, please note that UPS does not pickup or process shipments from our location on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Our weekday UPS pick up is at 3:00 p.m. EST. In order to allow time for internal processing, orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST will be scheduled for shipment on the following business day.

We recommend utilization of standard ground service whenever possible as expedited shipping services are quite expensive. Standard (UPS Ground) Service to points within NY, VT, CT, NJ, MA, DE & most points in PA & ME is next day delivery.

Standard shipping rates are calculated based upon total gift/package size and weight. Our shipping rates are based upon gift weight and size. As a point of reference, over 90% of our gifts ship at $11.95. Expedited (2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select) Services are calculated based upon Monday-Friday arrival dates, shipping destination, box dimension as well as total weight.
